My mom bought 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. One of the poles was chipped a bit but didn't bother us much. After 3 months of somewhat continuous use, one pod started to unravel around the stitching. The other one is fine. I was a bit disappointed in sams since their only advice was to send it back for a refund. No replacement. We finally found another one after almost a year, so fingers crossed that neither one will have the same problem again.

My kids opened this on Christmas morning. It was assembled that same day and after 10 minutes of my 8 and 4 year old reading books in it, I noticed the zipper (that holds in the pillow) was splitting. After looking closer, the zipper was totally broke. Otherwise it is has been great.

We bought as a Christmas gift. Upon delivery it has a huge picture on both sides of the box that unfortunately, my daughter saw upon our arrival home from the street:(. We made up a good story about having to return it and Santa gift was saved, but upon opening Christmas Eve and putting it together, paint chipped from a rusted bar (Ok we can deal with that even though it was very expensive). Then we go to anchor the swing as the directions state and one the the anchor loops was missing. Ugh!! Determined because this was what she wanted we set it up, but no phone number to contact or name of company that Manufactures it. Disappointing for something we spent a lot of money on:(. Not up to typical Sam's quality!

We bought this as a Christmas gift. The bottom zipper holding the pad in is broken and will not zip. We have tried calling the customer service number listed and it says the mailbox is full. It's also sold out at every store around us. My kids are disappointed!

I purchased it about a month and a half ago and just opened it today on Christmas. The box looked as if it had been opened and then taped closed again, but I didn't think anything of it. I opened it up and am missing all the hardware to put it together! All I received were the metal bars for the stand and the tent itself. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately first time in the tent my 4 year old grand child came out with a big bruise on her forehead. I bought some thick foam and put it all around the metal bar so when kids jump in they don't bang their heads. It should come with it.

Purchased for my daughter the thing some how fell over with my daughter in it, fell on her and busted her fish tank scaring her even more. I would not recommend to anyone

Box was opened and resealed... One of the foot pads was busted off (Probably the reason for the return.) Contents were removed from their protected shipping cushions. Very disappointed.

I bought this back in November as a present from Santa. We put it up and took it out the day before Christmas to assemble it and found the top piece of the stand missing! So incredibly disappointed!

I bought this item a month ago and my son loves it. The only issue I had was that the item had a few screws and bolts missing so I had to buy replacements to be able to put it together. Overall is a cute item.
