I bought this for a Christmas gift so can't give a proper review at this time

They are still wrapped, can't wait for my grandkids to open them.

I bought this for my great nephew as a Christmas present. He only visits periodically so he just opened it. NO hardware to put it together! How very disappointing to him and me. And now it's now longer available so I can't even exchange it.

If i could give negative stars i would. I bought this for my daughter as a christmas present. Opened the box and multiple parts missing. Returned and next box had the actual tent missing. Contacted manufacturers customer service was told "oh just return it to sams" sams doesn't have any more, so now my daughters christmas present is unusable and now i have to return it with no replacement. Don't buy anything manufactured by Olivet International!!!!!!!!

I bought this for my son with autism for Christmas, sat in the box till the day before Christmas we thought we had everything. Put it together what we thought could have been the swing was just the cushion. No swing in the box. We still have it but are returning it after trying for 3 weeks to work with manufacturer Olivet international who has the absolute worst customer service. They seemed sincere about wanting to help through email but not the case. The number on the box for them is only a voicemail and they never return your call. Found other numbers online and they didn't want to help on phone. My son was so upset.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my 5 year old. Box looked damaged and when I went to put it together there were major parts missing and it rendered the tent not usable . It also looked as if someone had bought it and returned it because zip ties were cut and the foam to ensure the safety of the parts inside were missing off some pieces. It is now out of stock and I can' find anywhere online that I could buy replacement parts

Got this for my daughter for Christmas and I know she will love it , especially since it got delivered yesterday and there was a big picture on the box that she saw when we got home. Just make sure that your kids aren't around when you think its getting delivered.

My son is a 5 year old autistic that loves swinging and enclosed places. We got this for christmas, but the box arrived damaged and we decided to hang it up early to make sure it worked. The seam by the door was coming undone and within a few hours it was ripping. I wrote customer care, but have not heard back yet. Overall it's a very awesome pod. We've hung a light at the top. My son loves it! It's very roomy and fairly easy to put up.

My kids opened this on Christmas morning. It was assembled that same day and after 10 minutes of my 8 and 4 year old reading books in it, I noticed the zipper (that holds in the pillow) was splitting. After looking closer, the zipper was totally broke. Otherwise it is has been great.
