This is my 3rd Roku. They are fast and easy to set-up. TCL has a great picture and sound. The only negative is the only CBS channel available is 'ALL ACCESS' that you have to pay for.

Comparing a 32 inch smart TV

Picture quality is very good. There are a lot of streaming options and an adequate number of inputs to satisfy a multitude of equipment. This is a solid deal at the price it is available for.

Easy to hook up. No problems connecting to WiFi. I bought one for my bedroom and one for my daughters bedroom. Shipped fast. I ordered them late Wednesday night, estimated delivery date Saturday, arrived Friday.

Took it back

Not easy to set up at all, wouldnt let us run straight cable to it. Boxed it up and took it back bought a different brand no Issues. BE aware before buying!

Pure garbage brand.

This so called smart TV is garbage. I have to reinstall the internet login and password every 2nd day. Not worth the savings on the price. I bought an RCA and it is fine.

Satisfied

I bought one about a year ago. It has been more than I expected for the price. I needed one for my second bedroom so I got another. Good color and sound for an affordable price, not much more to ask for.

perfect for kids bedroom

Have been an owner of other TCL ROKUS ,so i wanted to stay eith the familiar setup since its easy to use. My small kids use it very easily by themselves.

Annoying run around headache .

This is the worst TV ever . I just opened it and it already had an update you have to download, i thought oh thats okay , thats how most things are. You have to connect to the internet which yeah thats why i bought this tv so i can watch netflix and hulu with my wifi. I couldnt even connect it to TWO internet sources . it keept giving me an error code j thought this is crazy , my internet is fine ive never had problems connevting to anything to my wifi ever .. I factory reset it and still keept getting an error code so i didnt even get to enjoy it or even try it because it suppose to be “simple' instead . I tried to contact their customer care for help but theyre always closed . So i just googled and they want me to buy a USB download the update manually on my computer , plug it in . But even if i do that im not gurenteed its going to fix the connecting issues WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THE TV. So im just returning it and buying a VIZO , we didnt have problems with them. Its more pricey but worth not having a headache from this crappy brand .
