I like that it doesn't have to be refrigerated you just have to make sure you keep it stored in the right temperature. The creamer taste good and fresh. I love how convenient it is to just cart with you if on the go. It mixes very well with the coffee. You can add as many as you want to your liking. I usually add 2-3. I liked the taste but it took four servings to lighten my coffee to the desired taste. That is 100 calories for a cup of coffee. I do not like the fact that this is derived from bioengineered products. I prefer all non bioengineered products.
