I got the size 2-14 which is a small to medium size. I weighed 120 lbs and it fits a bit loose on my body and because of that, I would not wear it outdoors. The elastic waistband is very durable and the pad keeps me comfortably dry all day. Because of its ability to contain leaks, and maintain dryness, I would definitely recommend this product. Because it was big on me, it felt too bulky. I wouldn't wear them during the day for sure, which is when I could use them. I wore it around the house and it was fine under my Jean shorts but it was too high above the waist. It is absorbent, and it doesn't smell. I have only tiny leaks though so it might be different depending on how much tou leak. I would recommend to size down if you are on the lower end of the size range

They are slim enough that you can't see them through your clothing. I keep them in the guest bathroom for elderly visiting relatives. Always is a solid, trusted brand.
