They were very effective at keeping her dry and she is very vocal when she is uncomfortable and had zero complaints about these. She mentioned at one time that the sides were very soft and didn’t aggravate her skin. I ordered the small/medium and they fit her perfectly at 125 lbs. I’m so grateful that we were sent these to review and will absolutely be rebuying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 5'8 and 160 lbs and I'm so glad the sizing is true to fit! I have a couple of issues and these came at the right time as I was getting low on my other brand. I was not sure if these would be better or not, but I don't think I'll ever go back to my other brand! They absorb and catch things as they should and pull it away from the skin which is a plus!! They are very comfortable and I'm so glad they don't move around. They stay where they should. If you have issues like I do, definitely try these!

These are perfect size for my mother in-law, and considering she goes through a number of the pads she normally buys, I thought this would be a great opportunity to try the underpants. There is plenty of stretch and flexibility so they don't bind in anyway. I was concerned about the width of the absorbency area, but she said it wasn't an issue. A great product that handles an active day no problem. But we both think it would be a great idea to create a velcro attach/detach sides. In the event a #2 accident happens, a person would have to undress to put on a fresh one. Otherwise, I think it's a worthy product!

However, when I have a cold of flu where I'm coughing and sneezing a lot, these are a necessity. They are soft, comfortable, and absorbent and do not show through clothing. On a side note, I was not expecting such a large box! Thank you, Influenster. I think I'll be set for the next few cold/flu seasons.

I used to pee myself sometimes when I laugh or when I just get up and this depends help me a lot . Bring it my confidence and comfortable. Definitely recommend it .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was shocked at how huge this box was. I was expecting a small bag like a bag of pads comes in. This was like a large box of diapers. These do not look like underwear, they look like a big diaper. They are absorbent and are good for bladder leaks, but not flattering, or comfortable, they are bulky and very large for a size large.

I'm in perimenopause, and sometimes I have some bladder leakage, so I feel like I can wear these when I need them.

I didn’t even notice she was wearing them as the other brand looked like she was wearing a bulky diaper. She was able to put them on and take them off easily. They absorb well however one night she did leak through.

I have no odor which makes them more durable for me. They feel like I am wearing underwear. I am able to feel the security and protection with being able to go out knowing I don’t have to worry about urine leaking out.
