We bought this house for my 2 year old triplets for Christmas this year. Given the relatively low price I had somewhat low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! The "cottage" is large and sturdy enough for all 3 of my kids to go in and play at the same time. The two little seats inside are a nice feature, and they LOVE the working doorbell. It seems very durable (we've had it a week and nothing is broken yet!) and it is big enough for them to keep using as they grow. I highly recommend this product!

We were looking for a playhouse but didn't want to break the bank. This one is perfect. It assembled in about 20 minutes, and I have 2 kids (ages 1 and 3) and they can both fit/play inside with plenty of room to spare. We've had no issues, it's been holding up really well outside in the weather and we really couldn't be happier with this purchase.

We bought this recently for our 3 year old and 18 month old. They love it so much. The way the house is so realistic is fun for us. The doorbell actually dings, the inside has a little place to sit. Our babies like to pretend to cook in it and serve us through the window. Highly recommend this product.

I bought this play house for my granddaughters, ages 2 and 3. They love it! The 3 year old calls it her "kitchen house" and begs to go outside to play in it. (Much preferable to parking them in front of cartoons all afternoon.) It is a good size for children this age, and I really like that it has a built in floor, since we use it as an outdoor toy. The house was not difficult to build and only took a couple hours to put together, but do not be deceived by the directions; there is no way on earth I could have assembled it with a screwdriver. There are no screw holes in the plastic, only indentations in the plastic molding. Fortunately I have my nifty cordless drill, which worked just fine.

My grandchildren just love this little cottage. It has a door bell, a phone that is mounted on the wall and a mail box with a slot to put letters in, a sink with a faucet and a table-stove top with a little seat on each side. I like the idea that it is open so I can see them playing inside. It is so adorable, Id like to play with it myself!! It is easy to put together and is worth the price!! I highly recommend!!!

My daughter loves her house! We had 5 kids in it @ 1 time. She even gets me to get in it! I do think they should have made a bench seat instead of the stools. They are way to small! The table and sink is very cheap. One more thing the fake light would have been cool if it was real like a nightlight. Other than that a nice product.

Bought this for my daughters 2nd birthday and was so excited to give it to her. We ordered it a month before her birthday and didn't look in the box and planned on putting it together the night before and putting her presents in on her birthday morning, welp opened it and it's missing all the screws, the faucet, doorbell, phone, grill! I am beyond aggravated at this and it's also Friday night and they aren't open until Monday and I'm sure it will take at least a week to get the parts if not longer. So now she is going to get 3 gifts for her birthday and I'll have to give her the playset in a week or 2 since we can't put it together! I am so upset by this and it's ruined her birthday, so please check your boxes as soon as you get it, I didn't think I needed to.

This is the biggest playhouse I could find and when WalMart had it on sale, I had to get it. It is very easy to assemble with a power drill. It isn't as big as I thought from the pictures, but is big enough for my little one. She loves it. I did not install the phone hanger since it protrudes at eye level. I am concerned that if she falls when entering, she could be harmed. I use the cottage inside the house in her room, so she has a playhose inside. Another complaint is that the cottage does not have an interior light. Even the smallest 9V light would help illuminate the inside. Since it is brown on the inside, it gets dark in there pretty quick. It has a fully enclosed floor, so if you have it outside, you don't have to worry about flooring and muddy little feet. The last complaint that I have with this item is that the table probably could use a different support technique. It flexes pretty easily with a little pressure. My little one leans on it to open/close the shutters over the sink and you can see the table bend. All in all it is a good item and at WalMart prices (with free shipping to the store), it's a great item that will bring many smiles to my little one.

My 1 year old daughter loves this "playhouse". It takes a short amount of time to assemble was fairly easy to complete. For what you pay , it's really a good deal compared to other playhouses we looked at.......and we looked at a lot of them before we decided on this one. As long as you're not expecting anything more than a "plastic" playhouse, you'll be pleased with this purchase.

easy to put together, people that drill holes before putting in screws are doing double work and also render the structure less stable because these screws are designed to go in plastic only so many times. Plastic is not wood. I found a site that sells these for $60 but i think it is a chinese site even though they say the products come from Arizona or something, either way i didn't trust the site and went with Walmart. That being said I think this playhouse could be a little cheaper. Pretty good playhouse otherwise, our little one enjoys it.
