We got this for our daughters birthday. It is a wonderful playhouse! My daughter just turned 4 but is the height of a 6 year old so when she is standing there is less than a inch till the roof. Which is too bad but in sure all playhouses would be that way for her :) I love that it has a floor so if we ever decide to take it outside I don't have to worry about her getting dirty :)

I built this house very quickly using 2 screwdrivers (no power tools). You will need a mini screwdriver (or driver head if you do use power tools). It is needed to open up the little phone and the doorbell, in order to install the 2 AAA batteries that each little device requires (total of 4 AAA batteries needed). You will also need a 'regular' sized screwdriver with a nice comfortable grip so you can easily open the holes in the plastic. There is a small indentation in most spots for you to get it started and it wasn't hard. Also, the box fit into the back of my Toyota Rav4 with the seats folded down. The house is great and my grandchildren are loving pretending this is their very own house. I would say this house is great for 1 1/2 til about 4 1/2 year old children.

My 5 year old son and my 9 month old daughter both love it! It's cute, made pretty sturdy, and it's got all the fun features like doorbell, mail slot, table with chairs, shutters. I love that there is a floor built in. My son fits in the seats pretty well. The only thing I wish was a little bigger was the table and sink, they're pretty small. But that's okay--kids have a good imagination so they can make due with whatever they are given! Overall I think it was a good purchase and they will spend a lot of time enjoying it. :) I wanted them to have a playhouse because I grew up playing in one and had a blast!

Did not like assembling the playhouse as it took longer than expected. The roof was not an easy fit. You have to put screws though soft plastic (not predrilled) and all the screws are exposed on the inside of the playhouse and on top of the roof (no plastic caps to cover them). There was only one child seat and not two as shown on pictures on website. Overall, my granddaughter loves the playhouse but the design is only fair and assembling was annoying. Also the playhouse we received did not match the advertised pictures on the website - only one child seat, not two.

My son loves his new house. Working door bell is great! Open and closing stutters are nice. little seats and table are just the right size for my 3 1/2 year old. Plenty of room in side for him to stand with room to grow. He's 39" tall. Roomy inside my husband got inside with our son. Took my husband a half hour or less to put together. Made well. Happy with the purchase.

I got this for my 4yr old grandson and my 10mth old granddaughter they both LOVE IT I was not sure my granddaughter would but she plays with it A LOT she opens the door walks in close the door and she can even ring the door bell and talks on the phone ofcourse my grandson can do it all and LOVES it also If you have kids in your life of any age get this house EVERYTHING work and went together well LOVE LOVE THIS HOUSE AND THE WAL-MART PRICE WAS SO MUCH LOWER THAN ANY ONE THANKS LITTLE TIKES, STEP 2 FOR MAKING A GREAT PLAYHOUSE AND THANKS WAL-MART FOR THE GREAT PRICE this makes grandparents like me be able to buy it

I bought this for my 16 month old granddaughter. She LOVES her HOUSE!! My son put it together in about a half hour...easy! We have enjoyed seeing her have so much fun in her little house! It is just the right size and open enough so that we can easily watch her play! Great price, too!

I bought this for my 2.5 year old for Christmas and she loves it. It is spacious enough that her 6 year old sister can play with her. I like that it has screws to help hold it together instead of just snapping in place like they used to. It is super cute and we have kept it inside in our living room. It would be perfect in a playroom or outdoors. Great size and price!

Great playhouse! My 20 mo old daughter loves to go in her playhouse and use the phone and doorbell. Whenever other kids come over to play, they all want to go in it...And the open sides let the breeze in and are helpful for us being able to see kiddos while they play. I also like the built in floor. Helps with keeping mud out and not having to deal with the grass. Overall great product - I would totally buy this again!!!

My daughter loved it when we first got it and still loves it. It has been outside since day one and still looks great. No fading, nothing is broken. The only thing is some stickers are missing because my daughter ripped them off. We've had heavy snow this winter and that hasn't phased this a bit. The roof is still in perfect condition. Very impressed with the quality and price.
