We bought this for my daughter for her 1st birthday and she loves it! She is turning 2 next month and still uses it every day. We have kept it inside, but will be putting it out in the yard this summer, which will be good since it has a floor and will not be exposed to the ground. My daughter loves the doorbell and mail slot and phone. It was well worth the money!

I read all the reviews on this house and it seemed to be perfect especially since Wal-Mart had it $50 cheaper than anywhere else. I used site-to-store and the service was excellent. After I put it together it was so wobbly and I followed the directions exactly as it said. The door is crooked on it and the sink/table area is loose. I put the screws in the places that were marked but the screw didn't even hit the sink/table to keep it in place so I had to improvise and move the screw up higher. Even after doing that the sink/table is still loose. This would be a great house if it was sturdier. The material is sturdy, but they need to figure out a better way to keep it together. I ended up adding more screws in other places to hold it together better, and it seems to be okay. My daughter loves the house and was so excited when she seen it.

After searching high and low for an affordable playhouse, we stumbled upon this one. For the price, I think we got an excellent deal. It was easy to put together and is the perfect size for what we needed! Our 2 year old loves it! We can't keep her out! Perfect playhouse indeed!!

The playhouse has been a lot of fun for my two pre-kindergarten grandchildren. They answer the phone, sweep the floor, etc. This exact model was available at several local stores and several online sites. The dimensions suggested it would not fit in our car. We choose Sam's club because of a free shipping promotion.

I purchased this playhouse recently (4/16/16) as a birthday present for my twin granddaughters. I specifically bought it for the 2 built in seats it advertised. I did NOT receive this product with the two seats and I only got 1 seat with this as well as the table not being like the picture. According to Walmart and the manufacturer this product is NOT made with two seats. Very disappointing.

when I received this product the box had been damaged and ripped open, so I took it anyway ..I got it home and began putting the house together when I realized it did not have all the screws that were suppose to came with it ,. later I had noticed that they had sent two of the same pieces where the doorbell goes in and no back brace for the other side where the phone hangs up at . I wish they would really inspect stuff before they send it. nmn

i was so excited to get this put together - it was very easy to do on our part, and now the grandkids just love it and are having so much fun with it - my little 2 year-old granddaughter enjoys playing with the phone and my other 2 year-old grandson loves just ringing the doorbell and going in and out of the cottage :) - even my 5 year-old granddaughter enjoys playing in it along with the other kids.

it's a little more flimsy than I expected. the holes for the screws are not always in exactly the right spot so it doesn't go together as well as it could. This makes it less sturdy. My toddler LOVES it and doesn't notice the crooked spots, etc. so that part is fine. :-) If I could do it over I'd spend more on something built a little better - IF it exists. I have not gone around to look....
