I bought this for my 1 yr old daughter after a lot of searching. It is perfect. I spent more and bought the pink one because we put it in her bedroom. My only complaint is that they have an upcharge to get the pink cottage over the brown one, but I had to get the pink one-it is so cute. It is a great size. It is not so small that she will not be able to fit in it next year, but it is not so big that it takes up the entire room. She loves all of the gadgets-the phone, the doorbell, the sink, the chairs, the doors, and the shutters. My 6 year old and 1 year old have had hours of fun with it already!

Bought the playhouse as our christmas gift to our daughters last ocober to avoid the xmas rush, we just put it up today, so its been in a hidden safe place for almost 2 mos before we actually opened it. I would've given this a 5 star rating but im disappointed for some reasons: 1.its not a 2-seater like what it was shown in the description/photo (i have two daughters- 3 and 1 year old) 2.it's missing a couple of screws (for the sides amd roof) 3.the box when delivered wasn't really neat (good thing it wasn't raining that day) 4.instructions are easy to follow but some are misleading My kids will surely love it because it came from Santa :-) Have a wonderful christmas!

This item is a real winner. It is top quality construction, and easy to put together in a fairly short amount of time. I like that it has a floor in it, so no little outside critters can tunnel through. Also if you close the door and the shutters on windows, it will not get wet inside when it rains. Our 4 year old grandson loves having his own house, and our 18 mo old granddaughter loves to "talk" on the little phone, and sit at the table inside. We think it is a great value for the money!

I bought this for my son's 4th Birthday. Was very quick and easy to put together. I get right inside and play with him. He loves the phone and ringing door bell. I wish it came with a broom. He asked me for one and mine is to big for him to use. I ended up putting a soft rug on the floor. I have it on our porch but when the snow is gone it will be outside. great product and well worth the money. My son is very tall for his age and still has plenty of room when he stands up.

I bought this playhouse for my Granddaughters first birthday. She loves it. She loves pushing the doorbell. Has a cute little mailbox. The grill on the outside is a cute little bonus. It also has a kitchen sink with a little bench next to it. She loves sitting there and eats her lunch. It also has a hard plastic bottom. Highly recommend.

I bought this house because it was one of the less expensive and it is from a good company. It was very easy to put together and my kids love it. I was a little sad to see it $10 cheaper and free shipping at another store a few weeks after I bought it but Walmart had great service and oh well I lost $10 buying it sooner...it was worth it!! :)

The house is cute, kids love it. I was not very pleased with the durability. Is very flimsy to me. Kids are rough, I have To watch constAntly to make sure they aren't leaning on something like the door or table inse or it will get broken. Not for rough play .

My daughter has been asking for a playhouse for almost a year now so we got this for her birthday. We din't have a real big yard so this is a great size for my two girls, it also fits nicely in our house until warmer weather comes. My girls have spent nearly every waking moment in it!

I did a lot of research before deciding on this playhouse, and it seemed like a common complaint regarding playhouses is that they're just too small. Not this one! We ordered it for our 2 year old daughter and she LOVES it! Here's why we gave it 5 stars: It's plenty roomy, has neat features perfect for little hands, I put it together myself while my husband was at work, I love that it has a floor, can be used indoors (aka during hot summers or harsh winters) or outdoors, it's sturdy, cute and affordable. Definitely recommend!

We have girls that are 2 and 3. It is a touch small for a 3 year old because she has to duck her head to get in, but once inside, she has plenty of room. Fairly easy to assemble and rugged. A great buy for the price. The only complaint is that the door bell did not work at all straight out of the box and the ringer volume is very very low on the included phone. Not the worst possible problems, but when you pay good hard earned money, you expect a good, properly working, product. Just make sure the electronics work before you start to assemble or before your children sees it, because once you start to assemble it and they see it, it is too late to take it back due to a faulty door bell. Other than those minor complaints, we are very satisfied with it and so are our children.
