My first night sleeping on the mattress and it was night and day compared to my old mattress. I did not wake up in pain, specifically, low back pain. The difference after one night of sleep is profound. I pray this continues and does not change after a year. It seems that’s when mattresses sleep quality change.

I waited to write my review. We've own our mattresses maybe a mo now and it's broken in to my liking perhaps not all the way though. Off hand it was a lil firmer than i would like. I got the plush and the other is the firm both in twin xl's. Ours is paired with an adjustable base in zero clearance status and king size bed. I have moments where i can't wait to get in bed. I thought with my ailments it would help a lil more but mine are mechanical. No matter what i choose the ailments will still be there. When i can sleep it's comfortable. I first tried this in the mattress store along with the kendall model which is just flat and more contouring because of the memory foam. However that model made it harder for me to get up although i loved everything else about it. I got a great deal with the sale price of $799 for each one plus $300 back in gc form which i received appox a wk or so after delivery. I knew what i was getting and didn't go in blind when purchasing. Although i use it with my base there are no dips or anything forming in the mattress. I wish it longevity of 12 yrs as my king koil mattress. It's worth the spend.

When the mattress arrived it was just great, no weird smell and looked exactly like the showroom model. It's very firm which helped my herniated disc. I work hard and I need to recharge at night, not toss and turn. It's perfect for me and I'm glad I chose this one. The design and color are also very attractive to the eye. One of the best features of my purchase was the mattress protector with cooling technology. It's in there! I slept well and could notice the difference in temperature immediately. I highly recommend.

Ours is the Perfect Sleeper X Knox Quilted Hybrid 13.5 Quilted wasn't part of the drop down choice- not sure it matters. ?? We love it!

My 4 star is more for great price for mattress. I've only had 3 nights of sleep with my new mattress and not able to give a true performance review for the comfort of the mattress. What I can give, I have not awaken during the night or next morning with total body soreness.

i bought what was described as a plush mattress and I would not describe it as plush. i would call it medium firm to firm. the mattress is of high quality, imo, just the description does not match firmness of the mattress. i woke up to body aches, being a side sleeper. after giving the mattress a month, i finally added a 2 inch memory foam topper. now, i sleep comfortably.

We replaced a failing mattress with this Serta Hybrid... it nicely firm and supportive, but not overly hard. It sits a little higher up than previous mattresses (maybe due to the matching foundation?) but my tall husband appreciates the extra height.

2 1/2 months in and my husband and I still haven't adjusted to this mattress. It does not have a cooling effect whatsoever, in fact it holds heat. We both wake up with back pain. Now we're stuck with it and stuck with poor quality sleep. If you're looking for a new mattress, don't buy this one.

Four months in and this is not good. Much like another reviewer, there's now a sink hole and I can't wait to get out of bed because I have to, to stop the aches. Four months, $1000.00 in and I'm stuck with waking up to aches from a mattress. This is really bad, Serta.
