In less than two years, between home, work and two neighbors, we have bought five Keurigs. As of this morning, not one of them is still working.

It just seems that at some point in the very short life of every Keurig that they just quit operating. They are not user friendly when it comes to self diagnosis and/or repair and at some point you just get tired of dropping $130.00 door stops in the dumpster.

As much as I love the convenience of changing coffee flavors with each cup, I will never own another Keurig product.

Poor quality

My brother in law gifted one fo these to me and my wife for our wedding 2.4 years ago. I would guess this thing has seen daily use, probably multiple times a day and it has held up. He have the DIY cup so my wife can use folgers when she is in the mood and then we have a huge selection of KCups. The kids like making their own hot chocolate, I am going to get some cider to try... I generally don't drink coffee, but every now and then I'll grab a cup in the morning, no issues with this. I've not heard of needing to use multiple cups to fill up or anything. If this thing has problems, I've not seen or heard of them.

After we got ours, my bro in law got one for him, my mother in law got one for her last year and I am about to buy one for a friend (shopping around for best deal - lowes until christmas so far.)

My only issue is if you have a larger coffee cup or travel mug, this thing only makes a max 10oz cup, so yes you will need to run it a few times to fill that 20 oz mug up. And if you have a need for a pot of coffee in the morning (for company or something) this won't do it, but this ins't supposed to do that. Get out the coffee pot for that. Anyway, we love our, and are getting it as a gift for a friend!
