Purchased two of these, one for myself and one for parents. Both stopped filling cups completely in less than 18 months. Lasted past warranty and then quit working properly. We used water filter and descaled as recommended. Pump quit dispensing water. Dissappointed after spending over $120.00 each. Our $20 Mr Coffee lasted 20 yrs. We enjoyed it while it worked.

I've had mine for couple of years and it still works beautifully. Sorry to hear yours is not. If you loved yours as much as I do mine, I would say go for another one. You can't beat the price, you get $30 worth of free coffee and the person that picks your up @ the goodwill will be so happy! Never go back to drinking the office swill, life is too short to drink bad coffee!!! ;)

I learned about the Keurig brewer while visiting a friend recently. She had several flavors of coffee as well as regular coffee and I think I tried every one. She even had tea and cocoa! Sam's has the absolute best buy on the Keurig Brewer. It comes with the personal K-cup which is around 18.00 if purchased by itself, and the coffee that comes with it give you a great sample of what is out there. I would recommend this brewer to anyone, but I would also recommend they buy it at Sams Club for the best deal!

Well, I would love nothing more than to give this machine a 5 star rating, however I cannot. I was so thrilled with this machine...it was a Christmas gift from my daughter. She knew I wanted a single serve brewer and we were shopping together at Sam's just before the holiday when we saw it. It really was a good deal for all that you get with the machine and it really is great looking and it even makes a great cup of coffee! She doesn't have a membership, so she just gave me the money and I got it for my gift. But only two months later, it doesn't work. The water has stopped pumping from the reservoir to the pot. Like other reviews say...Keurig basically just tells you by email they are sorry it doesn't work. So I intend to take it back to Sams Club. I hope they have a way of recovering the loss for these, or threaten to stop selling a product that a company won't stand behind. For now, it's back to my old coffee maker....sniff sniff.

I have wanted a Keurig coffee machine for some time now. I have read and researched them for months. Last week I was in my local Sam's Club and found this machine. I grabbed it up because I knew what a good deal it was. So far I could not be happier. This special edition came with a water filter (worth $20) and an adapter to use your own coffee ($20). PLUS 36 kcups (worth $20). With about $60 worth of extras that leaves the machine cost at about $60 (I got it for $120). This is model B60. I read many reviews about the machine breaking after a few months so I bought the extended warranty offered by Sam's and hoping with a little maintenance I will not have a problem. This machine is great!

love this! every cup is hot and tasty. best of all no setting up the night before to have my morning coffee. it comes with the basket to use regular coffee in case you run out of k-cups.

This is my second Keurig maker. I bought the Platinum one first and then this one. This one takes longer to heat up and even though they both have the same high temp this one does not get the coffee as hot as the first one. I would send it back but it was an auction item and it is too hard to return. It is Ok but I would get the Platinum one.

I got this coffee maker for Christmas, could not get it to work, took it back and got another coffee maker this one also did not work. So, I called Keurig and the customer service girl walked me through the process to brew my first cup of coffee. It did not work. She is sending me another coffee maker in the mail. She gave me a coupon for 24 -cup pks. for my trouble. I am thinking that if this product is not working when it is new what is it going to do when it starts making coffee. How long will this coffee maker work. I am very disappointed in Keurig. I hope when I get my new coffee maker it works.

I have purchased two of these machines and each lasted about a year. Just long enough for the warranty to run out. Works great for 12 months then dies. Tried everything they recommend for cleaning and de-scaling but nothing worked. Machine cost too much money to buy one every year.

We couldn't be happier with our Keurig. We price matched models at multiple retail outlets, and Sam's Club had the best price ANYWHERE, with more K-cups included, AS WELL AS the filter system. We were so happy with it that we have since purchased one for my parents, and plan on buying a few more as gifts, but only from Sam's Club!
