We love this product and are glad we went with this one rather than a more basic model. The only thing disappointing was that it was on sale $30 less 1 week after we bought 2 of these machines. But other than that, we are totally pleased!!!

has many extra features. used daily, multiple times. trouble free. with water tank on side, don't have to bother with a little water each time used. Paid a little less than prices at other stores, even with shipping.

Love how it brews quickly. We are disappointed that you can not drain the internal tank on this model. This makes it difficult to transport in our RV when we head south in the winter.

Had ours a while now. Did have small glitch but was due to water rank not sitting properly. So far it's worked good except for operator errors. Hope it keeps on as it makes great coffee.
