We love this product and are glad we went with this one rather than a more basic model. The only thing disappointing was that it was on sale $30 less 1 week after we bought 2 of these machines. But other than that, we are totally pleased!!!

It make a great cup of coffee or whatever drink you desire. I loved the sampler packs that came with it to see what I liked best and would buy next time.

I bought this for my son who lives in Maine, he can't thank me enough for sending it to him, he loves it and is enjoying the delicious coffee it makes.

Love how it brews quickly. We are disappointed that you can not drain the internal tank on this model. This makes it difficult to transport in our RV when we head south in the winter.

I bought these on Thanksgiving morning for Christmas gifts. They aren't being used yet but for all that you got it was a great price. And the shipping was very fast.

The only issue we have is that the cups do not fill up all the way. This would be okay if you are adding creamer, but we do not. Other than that, it is wonderful!

I originally had ordered the 2.0 Keurig without the carafe. Being Sams was out of it, they upgraded me to the new version, plus I received a good quantity of K-cups and Carafe K-cups. I LOVE IT!

I tried this coffee pot at my son's house and feel in love with the coffee it made. So my sweet husband bought me one for xmas, and lot coffee k cups I love it. I drink a lot of coffee. so this way I get a Hot, Fresh cup everytime. you will love it.

So happy I decided to make this purchase, absolutely love it. Also came with a variety of k-cups so we could choose our favorites to purchase at a later date!

Made excellent coffee, convenient, and good price. Except - it malfunctioned several times, and had to be returned. Sam's Club was very kind and understanding and restored credit account for purchase price.
