when we try to open the whole oven door, it acts as if it is locked. we then squeeze the lever to open the top oven and close it. only then when we pull on the whole oven door will it open. this issue is not addressed in the trouble shooting section of the owners manual. how do we fix this?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like alot the flexibility of the double oven, it's working pretty well so far. a couple of things i've noticed are that the bread proof feature only works when the divider is out of the oven, it would be great to have it available on a portion. The gas knobs coating is making wrinkles, i believe it's due to the heat coming out of the oven when I open the door to cool it down.

Bought this to replace my oven that got fried when my power came back on after tornado I cannot believe how fast it cooks.

We've only had the Flex Duo for a couple of weeks, but we love it. Can't wait to try out the dual ovens for Thanksgiving.
