Do not Buy! Too many flaws to mention here. 1) Poor design. When you have the oven on and cook on the stovetop, the control panel will overheat and cancel the oven. 2) The surface burner caps started to deteriorate almost immediately. 3) The paint job is substandard. It looks like I have been using it as a workbench with all the paint missing. It's a good thing that I use it very little or it would be a smoldering pile of rubble by now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with our new Samsung FlexDuo oven. After having the oven for almost 2 weeks, we haven't had any issues or frustrations. Samsung Delivery: overall we were very happy with the delivery service. Samsung provided a delivery date and our only complaint was the delivery company called only the night before with an automated message for the time frame of delivery. Installation: we also had the Samsung service perform the installation, done by the delivery company. This wasn't incredibly clear, we were initially worried that the delivery and install would be separate dates, but the delivery company set it up very quickly. Total time less than 45 minutes to remove our old and install our new oven. First bakes: we previously had an electric range, so we were very happy going back to the gas range and the faster heat times. Our first bake was chicken nuggets and French fries. My wife loves crispy French fries which we normally have to start 15 minutes before the nuggets. This was a perfect test for the dual oven. It emit perfectly! Our French fries were the perfect crisp and the chicken nuggets were still juicy. We've had a little bit of a learning curve with the convection bake, but the flexibility of the oven makes it easy to choose the right mode. Overall we're very happy with our new oven. The ability to have another oven for keeping items warm or separate bake will be a fantastic value to our growing family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] does what you need it to do without any headaches or problems, been using it now for well over a year. couldn't be happier, homemade pizzas are baked thoroughly and evenly, no more one side is burned and the other uncooked. highly recommended. the wifi is just another added benefit in this day and age of automation.

We got this early 2020, and it has been such a challenge. We recently replaced the igniter in the oven, but the oven is still running VERY slow (takes about 50% longer for all baked goods). The inside of the oven is chipping, and the top of the range has spots of rust. Unbelievable!

i have had nothing but issues with this oven! i have had samsung care technicians here 4 times in 11 months. you cant use the upper or lower ovens alone because your food just burns! awful!

We only had an outlet for an electrical stove for the last 10 years. I had a gas line installed and checked out all the gas stoves for various stores. I settled on this one and am 100% satisfied. I made the right choice.
