As a previous spa owner of a Saratoga Springs acrylic spa that was many years old, we are very pleased with this economy spa. I did much research before purchasing this spa, it is made by Watkins Mfg, maker of spa's such as Hot Spring, Hot Spot, Caldera and other brand names. It holds 290 gallons of water, took 35 minutes to fill, water going in was at 65 degrees, we set temp at 100, I don't like it real hot. It took about 28-30 hours for the spa to reach the 100 temp. The jets are strong and the water maintains temp when in use and I love the led colored light. Shipping was perfect, they handed the final shipment to our home, off to a local shipper, who backed right into our driveway and dropped it in front of our garage. They helped me unwrap the spa for inspection. The only thing that would make this better is if the seats came with head rest.

This was a great purchase for the price. Delivery is curbside only, but if you tip the delivery guys and have a trailer or other means by which to get it to where you need it, it really wasn't too much of a hassle. Filling it up with two garden hoses took no time at all and it did heat up within 2 days. This is an affordable spa that has been an excellent reprieve for family. We did purchase steps and a cover lifter.

Bought this about a month ago and very happy with it. The plug and play made easy to install and get using it.

It was a small challenge getting it placed behind the house in just the right spot but well worth it. Everything works great and it was easy to setup and get it going.

I ordered this and it arrived very quickly, actually about a month before Sams Club said it would. The delivery company was great, they arrived on time and put it right where I wanted it in the backyard for an extra two hundred. We’ve had an expensive hot tub… $8,000+. This one honestly does about the same! It took a little over 24 hours to heat up but since heating has kept its temperature really well. The keys are surprisingly powerful! The ONLY thing I miss is our last tub had a 3hp jet dedicated to your feet but honestly I am so happy I didn’t spend the extra money. We connected it to an existing 15amp circuit for our master bedroom plugs. The initial surge when you turn the jets on makes our lamp dim for 1 sec and then it’s fine. Honestly I am very impressed and happy with this purchase.

Purchased on May 29. The reset button on the plug is not working. It will not hold in place and the red light flickers when pressed but does not stay on. What can we do to get it repaired/replaced?

just bought description states the tub can be converted to 230 volts. Called the customer service number I was told the tub is 110 volt only.

The jets keep coming on! We keep having to shut them off
