Umami has a nice flavor that's not over powering. The regular salt taste is still there. Ita good flavor salt but I don't feel this is something that I would add to every dish. It would work well in combination with other spices.

This salt is great. It adds an extra kick to your meals. I really enjoyed using it on my salad. A little bit goes a long way with this salt though. Just keep that in mind as you enhance your next meal.

Makes the perfect addition to those late night fruit snacks. Mango along with cantaloupe have been my go to add for the Umami Salt. Very flavorful with tomatoes as well. Have yet to try it as a seasoning.

Tasty! Has a table salt-like consistency, although some pieces are slightly bigger. Tried it on steamed broccoli and we didn’t need any other seasoning! Really brings out the flavor of the food. Will definitely be using this more.

When I saw this salt I was very excited because I love the umami flavor. However, I was disappointed in the ingredients as MSG is what was added to give it flavor. Having little children, I don’t feel like this is a product I would use to cook because of the added msg.
