Bought this at our local Sams Club to try (love the Brand - please stock the blueberry one!!), and it is super sweet. I wanted to really like this one... nope. Like imagine having a bowl full of store bakery frosting (you know the piped frosting that you scrape off the side of the cakes because it's too much?!)... like that sweet. It isn't gross or totally repulsive, it is just so overwhelmingly artificially sweet. If you're needing to satisfy your sweet tooth though on a keto diet, this may be for you.

I could not believe my eyes when I read the nutrition description. I cannot have alot of sodium..BAM! low sodium..I cannot have alot of carbs..BAM! low carbs, I need more potassium...BAM again! So i figured it would end up tasting like cardboard again...BAM! NOOOOOOOOOO! This is the absolute best KETO cereal that actually is good for someone like me. Heart healthy and good for me as a Kidney patient as well. I use almond milk and cereal. It is the greatest tastiest KETO cereal around. Sorry to the other guys, but hey? Take your time creating your cereal and taste it before you place it. HUGS to KETO for their cereal!!

This stuff is amazing. This is a game changer! I've been keto for 2 years and I can honestly say that it's one of the best keto snacks I have tried. I may be weird..but I'll put it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon like I would cereal…no milk though. It totally satisfies that craving for cereal. The ingredients are perfect. It's sweet but not too sweet. I can easily work this in with my macros everyday. It's great alone, but it'd also be good on ice cream, yogurt, or even whipped cream. It's really filling too. Since it's filled with protein and healthy fats. Come on Sam's!!! YOU HAVE TO KEEP THIS!!!
