The nutritional data is in line with a keto,low carb high fat diet. It is delicious. You have to measure out the 1/3 cup serving to get those numbers. Tastes great.

This yummy granola saved my diet. I eat it as a snack, with almond milk as cereal or with greek yogurt and strawberries! Its so good and has great ingredients especially for keto.

Jury is out on if I reorder these. They had a strong alternative sweetener taste that was disguised with the cake flavor taste. If you like "cake flavor" these are probably your new favorite thing. I'm moderate on cake flavor then you might want to skip

Frankly I congratulate Sam's Club for thinking of those who can not indulge in regular cereals, as perhaps in the past. Finding a low carb cereal takes a lot of dedication, if added to that the vast amount of sugar, is a sight for sore eyes to see a product such as Nu Trail Nut Granola. Just the fact it is available shows some thoughtful choosing on the part of the buying team. Praises aside, I found this cereal too hard on the bite, not, as per say, Cheerios, but acknowledge the ingredients are top notch. Short of blending it like a smoothie, which I have done to satisfactory results, but way too much effort, what I do is mix a small amount with cheerios and favorite almond milk. I tried Costco's Catalina Crunch? and found them very easy to consume. 5 Stars for Sam's for offering it, 3.5 Stars to this particular birthday blend.

I wanted a filling and healthy snack that would pack and carry well, not be heavy on calories, and that was affordable. This product filled the need on every level. It is so delicious that finishing a portion left me wanting seconds, but full enough so that I knew I wasn't still hungry and that I'd had enough. Calories are fair to moderate, but this treat is perfect for those avoiding sugar but who want something sweet that provides energy and a bridge between mealtimes. The flavor is true to its name. It tastes just like a vanilla birthday cake. It's great on Greek yogurt, too, creating a treat that is protein packed. I will purchase it again often.

Just ok, and as a person who doesn't eat unless it's awesome, because i can't waste carbs.. this was just meh, probably won't purchase a second time.

We love this as part of our keto lifestyle! It is a major sweet treat. I hope Sam's keep getting it cuz we are addicted.

Of all flavors this is my daughters favorite - I guess sprinkles and such make it seem “normal” to her. She shared at school and everyone seemed to love it there as well. Better snack option for my teen and she likes it so can't complain.

This granola is just amazing. I bought it thinking, well, I will try it and see if it was worth the money. Since then I have purchased more and different flavors. My kids even get it. Delicious!

Awesome granola, I like to eat this over plain yogurt and add fresh berries to it and I sometimes eat it with a little bit whipped cream. I don't think this is to sweet because sometimes I eat it as a snack.
