Bought same model as the first one . Lets hope this one also lasts another 7 years . Knobs are great . We used to be Black & Decker fans until they started making knobs with "cheap" quality.

I got this for my bridal shower and have only used it about 3 times. It now will not work. I've tried plugging it in to different outlets, trying the knobs, and I get nothing.
