The top knob has locked up and the unit won't turn on. If I twist the know extremely hard, it will move just a little and then the unit will come on. Don't know why this knob has locked up. Usually leave it on bake most of the time.

This really is a nice little oven for quick heating of frozen snacks or rolls. Too bad the wire on the timer/power switch melted off after about 18 months.... no replacement parts available, so now it is garbage.

Bought same model as the first one . Lets hope this one also lasts another 7 years . Knobs are great . We used to be Black & Decker fans until they started making knobs with "cheap" quality.
