This was one of my best appliances until it stopped working out of the blue. So disappointed with no way to fix it. It lasted just over a year.

Kitchen Aid products are made to last. I like the 60 minute timer and double rack. Seems easy to clean. Slow to toast though and larger than other toaster ovens. Doesn't have an "off" button.
