Like that there is a white light to indicated it is on, better than a red light as it is much more visual to 'catch your eye'. Simple to operate and easy to keep clean. Looks great with the sleek lines of it's design. Don't hardy ever use my big oven, what an energy saver.

We found the build quality to be robust and made using high quality materiel. We've owed it for a month and use it daily. It holds its temperature very well and we find it cooks food as expected. The oven is easy to use and operated by dials, no complex digital system with unnecessary functions. Highly recommended.

Just received my QVC TSV and apart from a bent crumb tray, I've also found there is not a tight seal around the top of the door and I can see into the oven, which will mean a loss of heat and efficiency. I'll now need to go through the inconvenience of asking my sister to return it as she ordered it as a present for me. Very very disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for an earlier version that lasted less than 3 years when the dial quit working and the heat would randomly shut off. We didn't want to buy another but couldn't find one we liked as much and are hoping this one lasts longer! The size is perfect and the dual racks are very convenient for keeping food warm. I cook regularly in this oven on a 12 inch pan that fits perfectly. Works for everything from toast to leftovers...even works for baking. I am hopefully we can keep this longer than the last one!

I bought this, and had this for a little over a year. Great item, and would love to recommend this-- but I didn't get that much use out of it. It's cute, it fits on top of our counter-space beautifully. Cooks quicker and better than our (average) oven. It's also easy to use for people who are not really good with electronics. (Looking at you, mom.) But it died after about a year, with minimal use. (We only sparingly used it during the summer as it puts out less heat, so it was great for those super hot evenings.) I wouldn't recommend it unless it lasted longer.

I went with the KitchenAid oven because it is spacious and chemical-free. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It IS a countertop oven ,i have not had to adjust any of my recipes, from breads, muffins, cassaroles, seafood etc... I am not even going to replace my wall oven, this is all i need!
