Very happy with this TV. Wanted one with the internet apps built in, streaming Netflix is seemless, very easy to set up, pic quality is great for the price.

The qwerty remote side is so hard to get it to register. Hgh amounts of picture bleed through. Chatted with Vizio Live Chat and it was the worst I have seen so far. The didn't even have a clue to what they was talking about. Tried to get me to buy a "VUR10" remote for $60 dollars. This remote is bluetooth and will not even work with this led tv. This remote actually hurts my hand by the way it is shaped also. The "VUR10" remote is a slide out qwerty keyboard remote. Just think I have a nonworking remote and they would like me to buy another remote for $60 more that doesn't even operate my tv. They did offer to send me another one that came with the led tv. I asked them to send me a less expensive one as it had a better shape to it. They replied no, you will only get one like the one that came with the led tv. So since I have 4 Vizio's. they will all get returned and I will buy another brand now. I perhaps would have been better off to actually call, since neither of them actually knew what they was talking about. Not to mention they wanted a book load of information just to try and ask a question to get help with. This company isn't too found of helping out a end user that buys their products. I honestly can't recommend this led tv. Much less keep one in my house after the long live chat we had. Company should offer better support then what it does. Or put someone in live chat that actually knows what he/she is alking about.

Parental Controls Not Well Designed

Like the television, but I've set up a parental control account for my son and have restricted access to Netflix. Don't want him watching it unless I know what he's watching. The problem with the parental control is that although through multiple login accounts, you can restrict access to applications. However, Netflix and other movie apps are available at the touch of a button on the Remote Control, totally bypassing anything you set on the television. For the cost of the Remote Control for this unit, you think they would have put more thought into its design.

TV didn't work nightmare

The TV I bought from Walmart online was delivered to me. unfort the TV was defective so after calling Vizio to try to fix the issue, vizio told me to return it to them for a new tv...I sent it back fed ex but then Vizio claimed it was damaged and charged me for a second time....I am still fighting this but there isn't much I can do. If I'd known I would be paying $1200 for a TV I would have bought a better brand. DO NOT TRUST THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I could not return to walmart because I am housebound with a bad back so this seemed a better option..aVERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE

Picture is awesome, warranty by Vizio, excellent!

I bought the 3yr extended warranty through Walmart. I now consider that a waste of money. However, I used the Vizio factory warranty four times by the end of the first year. I had problems with the unit turning itself off on the first set. The second and third had issues with the sound board. The final unit works great. They all had outstanding pictures and worth the hassels dealing with replacement tv's. A couple of the Vizio reps did not seem to know what they were talking about, which was disappointing. Otherwise, it would have been nice to have a properly working TV from the get-go. I have since bought a 60" Samsung for my brother. Excellent picture and sound, no issues with that TV. And, the price was outstanding. No more 3 yr extended warranties for me......... We did buy a Bose SOLO for the TV. It did not work properly on the 2nd and 3rd sets due to defective sound boards. It does work very well on the newest replacement, which was a new unit and not a refurbished, which the previous replacements were.

Great Buy

Our family loves this TV and the features for the price are unbeatable. We have had it less than 1 month.

Great TV at a great Sam's price

We love it. We use the Netflix button constantly. The picture and sound are both great. It was easy to set up. Remote is nice.
