I purchased this water slide after waiting several weeks for it to restock only to get it home and the blower not work. I went back to exchange and they are sold out and the company will take 2-3 weeks to inspect the blower and then repair it or refund me. My kids are really disappointed and so am I

Bought this in May (2018) and have used it twice. The kids love it, but as others have written, water does penetrate the fabric making it a hassle to completely dry before putting it away. On the second use, the step tore away from the climbing wall so now I have two-inch tear that needs to be repaired. I would take it back to Sam's but there are no more available to exchange. The kids have a lot of fun, so I am going to repair it so it can still be used.

Just got it on Saturday and we put it up and as soon as water hit the stitching slot of air bubbles everywhere. Read on google that it is common. That is disappointing but since the motor sends continuous air it doesn't deflate. Kids still had fun but the quality is bad.

I bought an original, 3 years ago, mostly yellow and orange colors. It was great. Would still have it except a kid ripped it with a forbidden toy. Got the recent one last week. Within two uses, the lower slide baffles collapsed. This is the same problem listed by Anonymous. Can't get the Kilimanjaro on the website, so no choice except to exchange for another. The quality of the materials, even the size, has deteriorated.

I purchased this slide about one month ago and my 2 year old son had a great time playing with it, twice, before I noticed the seam pulling apart. I returned it, hoping for an exchange, but they were all sold out. Would have given it 5 stars for FUN quotient, but was terribly disappointed that it did not last. Not sure if I just got a lemon.

I didn't open the box yet and I'm not satisfied. The website said 250 lbs. and the box says 135 lbs.
