It was delivered and placed near my garage as requested even though it was nearly 500 lbs. took one person 3 hours to assemble the roof. Had to wait till the next day to put the roof up since a minimum of 4 to 5 men were needed to raise it for safety and only took 15 minutes. Rest of assembly took one person two hours. Except for needing several people for 15 minutes, it was an easy assembly!

My wife and I were looking for a gazebo to put by the pool. We bought and assembled this one and are very happy with it. Easy to assemble, parts were clearly marked and were able to anchor it to the concrete. Would recommend using an electric drill (battery operated) rather than the little wrench included in the packaging. Changed the order of assembly, assembling the roof outer edge structure first, then attaching two legs, lowering it onto a wooden crutch I made on the other side, then attaching the other two legs and removing the crutch. Finished the roof using an 8 foot ladder. This gazebo weighs almost 400 pounds. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

We bought this about a month ago. Fairly easy to assemble. I love having the mosquito netting that was a great bonus I have enjoyed it so far and looking forward to more outdoor entertaining.

Solid construction, easy directions, two person setup for sure. Great value, only thing I am disappointed in was I didn't get it on sale. Last year it was August $699 this year Spring $999+$200 shipping!

Setting this baby up requires a team of at least four people and a genie lift (two would be ideal). It did take my husband alone one day to set up the roof and two hours the next day with a team of four and the genie to hoist up the roof and to secure it. We love the results!

We recently purchased this and set it up. We are very pleased with the form and function of this gazebo. Sam's had the best deal by being able to pick it up and save the cost of freight. We recently had a graduation party and received many compliments on the gazebo. I would recommend this gazebo to a friend.

This is a very nice, high quality gazebo. We bought it for the side of our house. We only have a 10' wide space, so when we put it next to our house the top extends 4" on each side so it would not fit in that space. It is 10' from back of post but the top is more than that. We kept it and put it in another place in our yard. but as you can imagine, it is very big and we didn't have a lot of options because of our small yard. I read the reviews and no one mentioned this. Highly recommend if you have the space for it!

I really like the Gazebo I purchased from Sams. It arrived quickly. All parts were included and it was packed well. All parts were labeled and the instructions were clear. Everything was well designed and screwed together easily. I was able to attach the roof to the posts with the help from one other person by lifting one side of the roof frame and placing it on the top of a step ladder, attaching the two posts, then lifting the opposite side and doing the same. It was easy. The gazebo looks great. My only complaint is that it did not come with free shipping even though I am a Sams Club Plus Member.

Prepare yourself for missing parts. Purchase mid June wanted to have it complete weekend before July 4th. Well, assembly was moving along fairly well. The nuts and bolts were well organized. Parts were organized, except for one of the pieces for Step 2 was in the bottom of the bottom. FYI - A1 goes with Step 1, A2 goes with Step 2, A3 goes with Step 4 and A5 goes with Step 5. The number indicates which STEP the part goes to. Yes, I laid out all of the parts for STEP 1, but did not know the holes on A1, B1, Decorative corners were going to be too big for the arc supports which are not attached to the gazebo until STEP 4 (I think I have the correct Step). The end result - I called the number provided, Sams Club customer service gave me another number, the company did not answer. I left messages on their voicemail. Finally, I called Sam's again, they called for me. The company Sunjoy customer service was very patience and courteous. They email the required information to me. I took pics of defective areas of gazebo and receipt. They responded back within 24hours and the parts should arrive on Tue July 10, 2018. My main issue is, the gazebo must be taken down now. Those defective parts are in STEP 1. I do not have anyone to come back to put this gazebo up again. We had everything up except the panels. I AM SO FRUSTRATED. unfortunately 3 out of 4 corners and pieces to connect the corners must be replaced. So the legs and the roof must come down. This weighs over 400lbs There is no other way to do it. Sunjoy should include in the instruction - STEP 1 ensure screws fit the holes on A1, B1 & decorative corners. SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS
