assembled chairs and bench - all properly packed opened box 1 of 4 table - all parts were strapped down and stapled to the table. contacted Sams club chat support to get a replacement - have to wait about 5 days for a specialist to contact me for replacement?!!!! So I decided to call member support. got put on hold for about 20 minutes then the call disconnected. very poor customer service!!!!!

Love this set! It's pretty heavy and is solid wood! Such a great deal for what you pay! Weighs 150lbs for the table alone, it supports up to 1050lbs. Comes with four chairs that are stiff at first but just need to be broken into. The bench is really really nice and is just about the Length of the table. I wish I could share photos but alas sams doesn't give the option to. I would definitely recommend this. Also it doesn't scratch easily as others have stated. I had the table on its top against a wooden floor. When I lifted it to flip it it has what looked like marks. Nope, it just wiped off.

The style and comfort of the table is exactly as advertised, however, like many others the table was damaged out of the box. The item was delayed by over a week, then when we received it, there is a 16" crack on the top of the table. The chairs were also difficult to put together. I agree with the other reviewers, if you dont have a drill, good luck putting it together. It took my husband about 4 hours to put together the chairs, bench and the last part was the table. You could imagine how all of our hearts sank when we flipped it over to see a huge crack. Now the item is out of stock and we have to wait to see if its in stock just to order another replacement or we ultimately have to end up returning it to buy a completely different item. I'm really disappointed.

This table is exactly what I was looking for and is very sturdy and easy to put together. As many people have noted, the chairs are a disaster to put together. Very few of the holes lined up and I had to drill new holes to make them work. Someone who is not handy, or doesn't own a drill, would be out of luck. I still love the look of this set and now that it's together its perfect for our home. I would make sure you have someone that can help with the installation if necessary

You never know what you're going to get when you order online. But I am in love. It matches our spaces perfectly and is much more durable and better quality than I sxpected. I dod have trouble assembling the chairs but my husband finished them for me. I would definitely buy again.

So far we have had it for a couple of months and it's been holding up really well. I saw someone's review about splitting the wood on the chair legs. Which happened to us on the first go but bc we weren't installing them correctly. You have to hold it against the chair and align it to the end of the corner THEN screw it on. Lil trial and error but so far it's been a great buy! Chairs a little stiffer on the cushion but nothing horrible. Comfy cute and great price
