After about two months of less than daily normal use (probably about 50% of the week), the laminated edge pieces are breaking off, all the fasteners are coming loose, and the white fabric is easily stained. What's this about "this product can expose you to chemicals including lead?"

product came complete with easy directions to assemble. One very small damage area occurred during shipment which was cosmetic.

First off, this is a VERY sturdy and solid table! Oh and the bench and chairs are solid, too but I was more impressed with how solid the table was! The upholstered chairs give a good contrast. I do want to mention that it scratches easily, I was going to knock down a star due to that but it's also my fault I let my child do all sorts of crafts and activities on it.

I love this dining set. I received it last week. It is beautiful. Well packaged, carefully, delivered, sturdy, and good quality. It had a couple of scratches at one end of the table that were easily fixed with scratch cover. I am so pleased, and I recommend this set.

This set is gorgeous to look at, but scratches SO easy. We just bought it in store today and set it up and there's already scratches on the top. Reaching out tomorrow to see about return.

assembled chairs and bench - all properly packed opened box 1 of 4 table - all parts were strapped down and stapled to the table. contacted Sams club chat support to get a replacement - have to wait about 5 days for a specialist to contact me for replacement?!!!! So I decided to call member support. got put on hold for about 20 minutes then the call disconnected. very poor customer service!!!!!

We bought this a few weeks ago. The shipment came early (nice), on a pallet, and we were told they cannot take the pallet back because they cannot touch the shipment. We noticed the staples, we joked that the person using the staple gun gets a bonus for using more staples. The product had obvious damage, chipped wood in many places, but most was internally or underneath. Overall the product is good, but we would have second thoughts ordering from Sam's again...
