For me, the best thermos ever, 2 ways to prevent spills, love it.

We bought 2 sets of these because we like them so well. They are a true 16oz, so a bit smaller than the previous ones, but no issues. Solid. Well insulated. Keeps things at temp for a couple of hours. No leaks. Like the improved lid/locking mechanism. Not too many choices of color combinations. Does not appear that coating will chip/peel like previous ones. Very Happy at this point.

Contigo travel mugs are the greatest invention for coffee drinkers ever!! They keep my coffee hot until the last drop, AND they don’t leak! I can’t count the times I’ve dropped or accidentally knocked over my coffee mug, and not a drop is spilled! And they come in stunning colors! I am never without my Contigo travel mug!

I have many Contigo products. The West Loop Stainless Steel is my favourite. I always use it as it keeps coffee warm. Has a good design, very sturdy and I like that it doesn't spill with movement.

These travel coffee mugs are great. I have never had one leak on me even laying on its side. Easy to drink from and keeps liquids hot or cold for a long time

I have had my Contigo West Loop 16 oz for over 20 years. That is not a typo. It fits perfect under my Keurig brew spout as well as in all models of car holders. It has fallen from my purse to the asphalt & only gotten a small ding, which hasn't affected it in any way. I can fill it with hot water & insert a tea bag, screw on the top & have perfect steeped hot tea. You can drink from it while lying down on a sick or lazy day without leaks. I have always hand washed mine & soaked the lid & used a brush to clean. Definitely a durable mug built for longevity.

Don't like the cup. It leaks
