It’s ok. I was hoping, based on other reviews, that it would be more effective for melting ice. With other products I have used, I would often spread it and hear is snapping and popping and getting right to work. This didn’t perform like I had hoped. Although it states it is effective even in very cold conditions, I have a feeling it was too cold for this!

Best product I've ever used for melting snow off driveway and sidewalks. Perfectly sized salt particles. Weight of bags make them reasonable for the wife to load, unload from car and price is very reasonable. It is my reference for the job it was created to do.

Baltimore had just experienced a snow and was due another in a day or so. I realized that my niece (young adult) did not have the tools to clean her walkway. The local hardware store was out of salt so I took a chance with Sam’s; they had it readily available at a price even the hardware store couldn’t match. I began the task of clearing my niece’s front and put down Miracle Melt; by the time I turned to leave, I could see that it had already started working. I should’ve gotten myself a bag🙃

I have been in the commercial snowplowing business for 15+ years now I have used numerous brands of ice melt salt. This is the best brand that I have come across and I have been using it for over five years now. And unless the concrete is less than one-year-old you will not pit the Concrete with this product. I give this product a five star rating for it is the best that I have found for the price

This is a very effective product, but just like similar products it eats away at SOME types of concrete. I did not have any problems on my sidewalk or driveway, but it destroyed the surface of my walkway from the driveway to the front door. Can't beat the price for coverage and effectiveness, just be aware cheaper concrete and concrete treatments may not stand up to its designed corrosive behavior.

I have been using this product (Miracle Melt) for several years and it has always worked as it should. I own a convenience store gas station and use this for keeping the ice and light snow off the sidewalks and driveways. I have not had any problems with it harming the concrete or asphalt at all. It works fast and spreads easily (We use a lawn fertilizer spreader.) . Don't know what else to say other than Miracle Melt does what it says.

I have bought a lot of this product from Sam's over the last few years. The last order I placed and picked up (30 bags) had MANY bags that were solid bricks of this product all stuck together in a clump It was mostly unusable because the clumps will not feed theough my salt spreader. I have a feeling that I received bags in my order that have been sitting around for a long time because there were 2 different labels on the bags included in my order. I typically prefer this ice melt over any other and would rate it 5☆ any other time but this last purchase from the Muncy, PA store was very disappointing.

I believe this product and its description are very misleading. Although the front of the bag states "Calcium Chloride %26 Magnesium Chloride Blend," the main ingredient on the back is "Sodium Chloride,' similar to rock salt. When I opened the bag, I found very little of the blend, with most of the contents being salt! Does it work? Sure. But I wanted the chloride blends so they're less destructive to my concrete driveway and walkways. Buyer beware.

The website is very misleading. There is nowhere on the website that it indicates this product is mostly sodium chloride aka rock salt. The listing mentions calcium chloride and magnesium chloride which are much more effective at lower temperatures. It does contain some calcium chloride and magnesium chloride but a small amount of each. I would not have purchased this if I realized what I was getting as you can get the better products for a little more money but they are much more effective. Sam's club can do better than this.

The bag is mostly dust, or the pellets are too big. I used up 50 pounds in only two days because of that. The dust flies away with the wind, and the huge pellets fall too far apart, and they stay solid, so the snow melts only around them in tiny pockets. My drive looks now like it's covered with polka dots. Not a good product. I bought this brand long time ago, and it was bad back then, but not this bad.
