Tired of spending extra money on buckets of salt. We now buy the bags and fill up the empty buckets to use.

i bought alot at the beginning of the season, then ran out. when i bought more, it was a different product and didnt work as well. if you buy it for the value like i did, i would suggest buying enough for the whole winter.

I opened the bag and could not believe what I was seeing. This is not white in color(like calcium chloride)but it is the same color and look as rock salt!! This is the kind of stuff that will EAT your cement and ruin it!!

Product worked and was reasonably priced fpr a big bag, but it contained a lot of powder. My boots and pants were cover woth white dust by the time I finished spreading it on the driveway with a fertilizer spreader.

We have used this for many years on our long lane with steep hill. Have found that if you sprinkle it prior to snow or ice it prevents sticking to the ground and melts quicker or makes snow easier to clear. Couldn't live through midwest winters without it. Great value.

I have a nice driveway that is about 10 years old. I have never used any thing like this before. We had over a month long of snow and ice conditions. When I bought this at Home Depot I questioned them asked them about this road runner ice melt. They said it is safe to use. Before I retired I poured concrete for over 20 yrs and had witnessed alot of damage because of products like this. They assured me that it was safe so I went ahead and purchased it. Now that it has warmed up and the snow and ice have melted you should see all of the damage done to the top layer of my concrete driveway!!! It will cost me thousands of dollars to fix the damage that I believe this product caused. I hope I am not up for a big fiasco trying to get all of this damage repaired. If I were you...I WOULD NOT PURCHASE IT OR ANYTHING LIKE IT . IT'S NOT WORTH RUINING YOUR DRIVEWAY FOR!!!!

I love this salt. Its a good price and works good. I wish they sold it longer because ive been trying to find some for a few weeks. I live in buffalo so our winters last until march or april. They were back in stock in niagara falls a couple days ago and i drove all the way out there and it was already sold out. Im hoping they will have 1 more delivery before the end of season

It started to snow the other night, so I ran out and put out Miracle Melt before I went to bed. When I woke up in the morning, it was a beautiful sea of white all over the place, except for my driveway! Everyone else's driveways were covered in snow, but not mine! This product had been in my garage for a couple of years, but worked fantastic.

I used this product (very little) this winter and it literally destroyed my driveway concrete. There are holes everywhere, every spot this item touched. It still keeps eating the concrete down even after many rains and washing. Can not believe they are allowed to sell such as destructive product. They should be banned TOTALLY from producing and selling this product. It is an extremely DESTRUCTIVE product. You will see holes all around your driveway or concrete wherever you use it.

If you are looking for the Excel Calcium Chloride ice melt that came in 6 gallon pails then move on, this isn't even close. It's mostly rock salt mixed with a little calcium chloride which is sure to do a number on your concrete drive. I bought 2 and was in a bind so I had to use one but the other is going back and what I put on the drive is getting washed off ASAP.
