Miracle Melt Ice Melt Blended, 50 lbs.

This is a really good ice melter. I don't like rock salt, the pieces are so much bigger, this product is alot smaller.

GREAT SIDEWALK SALT

Worked well but tore up my driveway. There are many patches of flaked up concrete covering my entire driveway which would fit 6-7 cars.

Ruined driveway

This is by far the best ice melter I have used.  It is clean, effective, and at a reasonable price at Sam's Club.

Effective and reasonably priced

You get some good bang for your buck. I believe if the inventory is old its clumpy and not as effective, but when it's fresh it works great!

Cheap

Great Ice Melt. I've been using it for years. Melts in very cold temperatures and you don't have to use a lot.

We have used this for several years. It always does the job no matter how cold it is outside. Very quick melting.

doesn't work as good as some other premium ice melt we've used. several bags were hard from getting wet and had to be returned.

Miracle melt is no Miracle

Great product at a great price! Does not harm your concrete surface like rock salt, and has a very good low temperature melting point. Recommend!

I buy this product because it works well when the temperatures go close to or below zero. Always does a good job.

Good cold weather ice melter.

I refrained for many years applying any ice melt products to my concrete. Against my better judgment, I applied Miracle Melt as directed.  It states on bag "safe for concrete", clearly it is not. After removing the slush as directed, the chemical compound refroze and created a large amount of spalling to my smooth concrete. Spalling is the effect left behind when the smooth surface is eroded, leaving the rocky layer beneath.  I returned the product using the Sam's Club app, and they said don't return unused or unopened bags to store. (So I disposed of them in the trash.)  I based my purchase, as most do, based on the glowing reviews on the Sam's app. So I felt it was imperative to warn others with my own review.  I made multiple attempts to publish negative reviews warning them of the possibility of Miracle melt damaging their driveway, none were posted.  I assumed this was a violation of ethics and contacted Sam's.  They requested the URL and email address proof of published rating, of which I had none because the app fails to do both.  I am now coming to the realization that the app is worthless and defective when it comes to publishing reviews.  To my understanding, when I wrote and sent the review, it was complete.  It wasn't until I came to my actual computer to search for the URL, that I realized I should be getting a receipt email for my review.  This is a flaw that will likely dissuade most customers from stating their opinions. (Because they have to do so from a laptop or personal computer.) A mistake/flaw that will likely cost me dearly in damage to my driveway. Would also like to add photos, but this feature is disabled.

Do Not use on concrete!! Spalling will Occur

This product works great on many types of surfaces. We use it on blacktop, cement, pavers, and gravel. No damage within the past 3 years since we began using it. It melts ice build up upon contact and works when temperatures are very low.
