Well, 2 weeks after I purchased this Sam's dropped the price $50 bucks! Not pleased about that. The picture quality is okay but not as good as the $1200 TV it replaces. I went with this one because I dropped my Sat TV to go with internet streaming instead and didn't want another "box" or game console to hook up. I'm giving the old TV to a friend. The remote for this is about the size of a Twinkie and I end up squeezing more buttons than I want to half the time. I'm ordering an after market programmable remote to replace it. The menu function is just plain torture. Some features require you to tab thru an alphanumeric display to select letters and numbers to input data. I thought that process went out with smart phone and touch screens, so how can they call this a "Smart TV"?

the picture is great and it was so inexpensive and was shipped right to my apartment door for free I love it

I've had a Hitachi flat screen tv for 12 years now and it's as good now as it was 12 years ago never a problem with it So I didn't hesitate to buy this one and so far I love it great picture so easy to use.
