My teenage daughter has issues with sleeping and these work great for her. She says they also taste good so that's a plus.

They're soft and neice seemed to enjoy these. In fact, they asked for them. While we only use these every once in awhile, they're the go to for sure.

My four year old loves these. They are perfect for helping him sleep. The taste is amazing as well. Definitely a great product. 

Made my kids a bit restless the next day but absolutely helped them go to sleep much quicker and stay asleep longer.
