even though i could be taking an adult melatonin supplement, in my experience the smaller dosages work so much better. i believe these vitamins are only 0.5 mg per gummy, and for me that's enough. i read a study once that our bodies naturally produce 0.3 mg of melatonin, so taking a sleep aid near the dosage won't through the body off total balance. after trying these out, i definitely think this is true!

My doctor shared with me that most women only need 1/2 to 1 mg of melatonin a night. To take 3 to 4 hours before bed. I went looking at the drugstore and could only find huge doses available. I've taken the bigger doses and they gave me nightmares. This version is perfect and tastes pretty good. 1 small gummy is 1/2mg and enough for me. The formula has magnesium included as well which also helps getting to sleep and staying asleep.

We have a hyper 3 year old boy who just doesn't sleep very good. We tried just melatonin and he had nightmares and fought in his sleep. This stuff works amazing he finally sleeps all night.

Same with the morning vitamins, they remind me to take the night time gummy too. Not all the time but if they can't fall asleep they actually love taking one of these and feel like it helps them become confident in going to sleep without me.

I use this with my son and it works great and it has an amazing taste. The price is a bit higher temhen other products I have purchased before but it is so worth the price and works wonders!!!

Great value for the price. I've tried other melatonin for my children but these seem to work the best and they taste amazing. It helps them relax before bedtime and be up just in time before school starts. It's perfect. I highly recommend.

Love these for my kids (5-15) especially before school starts again from summer break. They usually take 15 to 30 minutes to kick in and make them go to bed. They wake up feeling refreshed & no groggy effect from it.
