So this was recommended for my autistic/adhd son because he has a hard time sleeping. They are awesome flavor gummies and he doesn't fight me he thinks its candy. After one night he went to sleep within 30 mins and woke up the next day with out fighting us. His school has seen a change and his doctors. We have tried many and these always rise to the top. My daughter enjoys the taste, doesn't complain about taking them, and they are effective with helping her settle in and fall asleep! Would recommend if you have a higher energy kid who loves sleep but struggles to fall asleep!
