The customer service number and the lady said she was sorry my balls were not right and she's sending me four more. The game is awesome, well I guess it's awesome. I have not gotten to play yet even after 6 hours of construction, my handyman went home for the night. A Quality Game take Quality Time to build once and done so I'm good. Bought the game for Realtor Scot Savage's Safe Streets Trick or Treats and Carnival Games. The kids are going to have a blast at the 4th annual event. #SafeStreets2016

Nice quality piece once it's assembled. Assembly time is about five hours and you will need a helper for a few different steps in the install process. You need to have at least a basic level of mechanical aptitude to assemble this product as it is quite an involved process, if your not good with a screwdriver then don't waste your time. Overall I'm happy with the product.

I purchased this as a Christmas present for my grandson. Looks really neat, and I'm sure he'll love it

The product arrived and was better than we expected. It was very sturdy and great value for the money. The set up time however takes quite a bit, so make sure you allow enough time!

Bought a while back. Put it together myself. Was concerned about the pasteboard construction but use a torque adjustin screwdriver and it worked ok. Personalyy would never puta another one together Musta been 5000 parts Took half a day. Not a project for the person who does not enjoy assemblies!

Lot more quality here than I thought because of the low price. Assembly takes a bit of time, but overall, I would buy it again. I am more pleased with this item than I thought I would be....buy it, if you are on the fence. I don't think you will be unhappy.

This machine takes about 4 hours to complete. Instructions were pretty basic and easy to understand. It helps to have another person with you during assembly. Lots of screws to tighten with an allen wrench. That's where most of the time is wasted in my opinion so if you have a set of extra wrenches and helpers, that cuts this project down significantly. The instructions insist that you don't over tighten the screws and they are correct. DON'T OVER TIGHTEN anything. Just enough to hear the screw grab into the wood and that's it. It's a pretty solid and sturdy machine and I was pleased after the assembly. I'm thinking of adding some led light strips later on to give it some real flare but as a stand a unit with its own lights it more that acceptable. I'm enjoying it and for the price it a very good unit.

Packaged arrived in excellent condition and no parts were missing. Be patient and have time to put together as it takes about 4 hours. The instructions are good and there are pictures for each assembly. All parts are packaged with a number, which helps tremendously. We have not had a lot of time to play the game, so cannot comment on durability.

Oh my! The directions are so misleading and don't explain the positioning of objects at all!! You may not find out that you placed something wrong until 3 steps later. I've seen my husband put together ALOT of difficult things and this has been the only thing that I've seen be such a pain in the butt. So forewarning don't expect the instructions to easily guide you through. We're not even done yet so who knows about the quality of the product. If it's anything like the instructions we may be in trouble.

We have put MANY things together for our kids and ourselves over the years. My husband is meticulous (thank you, Marine Corps), sometimes an object mid-assembly can be questionable as to how it will come out, but you press on, and usually pleased with the outcome. Not so in this case. I wish we would have just saved more and gotten a real skee ball. This is so poorly made that at one point since being together, the glass fell out. It's jankety and flimsy. For over $500 and that included me getting the Sam's club membership, I'm very disappointed. Now the kids want to keep it and it's assembled...but I'm furious I spent over $500. I guess we are stuck with the piece of junk because after (2) days over several hours each to get it together, he isn't about to disassemble and drive it back to store. Total disappointment
