I bought this in 2018 for the fall/winter season. The first thing I noticed is the head itself seems 'wobbly' on the base. The air/gas mixing tube that holds the heater up and sits over the propane nozzle is held on with only a single screw. Even with the screw at max tightness the head still wobbles. Getting past that initial item and actually using it - this heater head worked *fantastic*, and, far exceeded my expectations (by a long shot.) The heat output, even on LOW, was great. However, towards the end of the season I had to replace the thermocouple. It was a simple repair and a $12 part, however, I was not really thrilled about having to repair something that was so new. Fast forward to this 2019 fall/winter season and my opinion of this heater is it is junk. The heater will light but not stay lit. I have replaced the thermocouple and wires, I even replaced the tip sensor and no change. I know it's not the tank itself because other heaters work great on it. The only thing I have not replaced on this heater is the host/regulator assembly. Do I really have to be the guy that has to point out it is completely ridiculous that I have to replace every replaceable part on this thing and it is barely over a year old?

I ordered this online. After setting up and meticulously following the instructions it would not light. I exchange for the same model and had the same issue. I returned and bought a different brand and it started first try. I would avoid this product/company

Was looking for something heat our deck and found this. It's the best!It takes little space but heats really good.

I got this for my 14x26 enclosed porch on my house. Works great it can be in low 30's outside and in the 70's inside in no time.

Works well, easy to store. Hold the button while lighting for the 30 seconds so the hot screen will keep it going. Puts off quite a bit of heat.

Much smaller than anticipated and thought it would have extended handle or adjustable way to increase or decrease height. It is short and sedentary.

Using for new 2000 sf new build. Purchased two, only needed one. This keeps our spray foam insulated home at 68 while set on low!
