Nice looking cam at a decent price but with room for improvement, mounting options for wall mount needs to be better, camera won't return to its default position even after pre setting position, needs to be calibrated too often and the dual camera view, is a bit strange

It came with easy to follow installation instructions right out of the box. This product is wired, which is more secure than a wireless version. There is an easy to download app so you can customize and view crystal clear images and video at any time. We are going to get an optional memory upgrade to save data for a longer period. Great quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was extremely easy to install and the guide sticker for placement made it easier. The video quality is fantastic even at night. I had to include a picture of all the features. I especially like the storage options.

First, the camera did not come with the "S" hook to be used during installation. This make it a bit challenging. .... That said, the camera is excellent. However, it would be good to be able to view it along with my other Eufy cameras (e.g., see multiple cameras at the same time) on both my phone, tablets, and more easily on a computer.

It’s very life like detail and color and requires a little bit more power and storage, but we are OK with that. We like that it’s easily plug into a regular outlet or you can hardwire it. We actually like the fact that the video storage is stored in the device. There’s no subscription or monthly fees. There’s a very low risk of data, hacking or theft and you can control your data and you manage your own date and footage.

At first I bought 2, then another, and now we have 9. Even when the police watched a video in a dark unlit parking lot, they asked, "what kinda cameras are these"? Too many features & benefits to bring up here. When one camera went down, we had another in days, with the shipping label filled out, & prepaid, so service is great also. And No, I'm not being paid for this review! LoL Denis E

Love everything about the cameras! The only suggestion would be to make the two security screws on the sides of the mounting bracket easier to start. Again, fantastic product!!

I already had a Google floodlight camera as well and I bought this Eufy after it was recommended to me and it is just better than the Nest Google cam. Everything works better except the listen and talk feature. 10/10 would recommend.
