Received this shovel in record time, ordered on a Sunday and delivered in about 3 days. Very easy assembly. I will leave another rating/somment when I have the opportunity to actually use this little gem. If this little shovel is as good as the snow joe 618E snow thrower then I will be very please.

Okay, I have to admit I was super skeptical when purchasing this product and I had mentally prepared myself to return this item before I even got it home. I was that certain that this product was going to be a dud. I am happy to write a positive review on this product. It performs a lot better than I anticipated. Not only does it throw the snow further than I anticipated but it clears flush and scrapes ice well. Furthermore, I have used it to clear snow off of our wicker furniture and it does a great job. I would buy this product again with zero hesitation. The only time is struggles is when the snow gets more than 3-4 inches deep, but you can also use it to take off layers.

Service was great. Will deal with Walmart anytime in The future.

Unable to use yet, no snow or ice.

I bought this last week to tackle 24 inches of accumulated snow on my back patio that I cannot access with gas snow blower. I was tired of shovelling this area. My expectations were not high for an electric shovel....but wow! I broke the snow pack down and just chipped away with the snow joe. It rose to the challenge, much to my surprise. My purchase was at home depot...walmart sold out, and I figured I could return it if it didnt function to my needs. Now I am hoping for some more dumps to put it to a further test.

I used my brand new Snow Joe for 10 minutes and the blades stop turning. I called Snow Joe and waited over an hour to get through to find out it is out of stock now so I can not get my replacement. The 2 year warranty is great but I need it this winter.... I have to say for the 10 minutes it worked, it did a great job. So disappointment in this product. Customer Service is great! They tried resolve my issue....
