hard to push in wet snow and you have to watch where your aiming it to blow the snow and along with the not so flexible extension cord due to the cold weather its useless. I used it twice and gave up on it. My wife and I are getting old and I have spine issues, and bought it to make it easier for me and my wife to shovel if need be since our 22 yr-old son is as useless as dust on the floor

Needed something to get the snow off my deck. This works great. I was concerned if it throw the snow at the railing, but its lift is more than I expected! The snow sails over with plenty of clearance. I'm glad I bought it, and certainly recommend it.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. He took it outside turned it on. The light came on and it never worked. I had to ordered it on line as the store didn't carry it. Therefore I had to pick it up at the post office.A huge disappointment !

The product worked great at first then stopped working. I contacted snow joe and they were fantastic. Got a replacement unit in a couple days. The problem was thought to be the extension cord. I bought another that is compliant and hope to use it again this weekend with the impending storm. The only negative is the cord, you need to constantly keep an eye on it to keep it out of your way while you blow the snow.

I love my Snow Joe very much...I just used yesterday ..I am in NJ we had about 4 inches of snow..and the Snow Joe cleaned my walkaway and my deck..at no time..the snow goes about 30 feet away...I love it....I should had bought it before..!!!

I only used the shovel couple of times before the snow season ended here in Toronto. It worked extremely well in blowing off the heavy snow off my drive way on to the lawn. It saved me time and helped me protect my weak shoulders. Thanks

SNOWJOE - Snow Joe 324E Electric Snow Shovel | 11-Inch | 10 Amp Motor| Headlights -is easy to use. It does the job better than some larger snow blowers. I am very happy with it.

It came missing parts in the box, so I have been able to use it. It looks simple enough to use. I called the customer service line and they assured me that the parts will be sent out right away. I'll update this review once everything is in place.
