My husband just put it together and then we notice all 4 of the chairs back pieces are cracked. This could've happened as we were screwing it together, but the quality of the item was poor.

Bought this from sams and its got I split pink piece and missing a screw. Tried calling kidkraft because we threw box away with batch number on it.No satisfaction. I should know better than to keep buying from kidkraft

I bought this for home schooling two children. It looks great and constructed very well. The problem I have is that nothing is washing off. It has stains that I was barely able to fade. So if you buy this you may want to clear coat the top with something.

The set looks really nice, easy to mount. However, the legs of 3 out of 4 chairs are uneven. I put this set in a room with hw flooring so it is more noticeable and they make quite of noise when kids seat there every time they move a bit. My kids still love it though and I think I'll eventually buy the tools to fix this issue. By the way, mounting was easy because I had my own set of Allen wrench. The one provided worked well for most of the screws except for a few (needed a proper size Allen wrench).
