This is the best mattress we have ever owned. I can't wait to crawl in bed. We have had it about a month. It did take a week or so to break in. It is expensive but we plan to have it for a long time. Wish we has bought it a year ago.

I have had my tempur - adapt medium hybrid for 1 year and 6 months. The foam has broken down so much that now it feels like it is sinking when I lay in it and I believe a spring or two have broken. In the beginning the mattress was nice and back pain was lessening and now I wake up every morning with more back pain.

I needed a soft mattress because of shoulder and hip issues and I think this fits the bill, I have owned a Tempur-pedic for 25 years but the mattress was too high. It was called the Tempur-pedic grand and I needed a lower softer mattress for my joints. I'm 83 years old so is my husband and I just received it and we think it's going to be perfect, thank you Tempur-pedic !

After just less than 10 years I could no longer stand my old Tempur-Pedicure mattress...gone to lumps, bumps and valleys. I decided to head over to mattress firm and buy a new mattress. As I spoke with Raymond at the sparks firm, he said "but you had a Tempur-pedic and it's not 10 years old. You should at least see if they will honor their warranty."I expected nothing really because of how many companies are about the warranties. When I contacted, Tempur-pedic sent them photos as per their directions I was done when they said they would honor the warranty. The amount that they awarded me was enough to get their recommendation for replacement, but if I got a slightly better mattress and paid the difference, I could get another 10 year warranty on that mattress, that is exactly what I did. That is exactly what I'm sleeping on and that is exactly why I recommend Tempur-pedic.

The seller, delivery and installation worker ask the buyer to rotate the mattress every month or two to avoid the mattress's hardness failing at the head or leg area, but the problem occurred in the middle of the mattress. The mattress was purchased about two years ago and the warranty is 10 years. The technicians came to take the measurement and send the report to the company. Unfortunately, they told me that there is no manufacturing defect.

We purchased the TEMPUR-Contour 11.5" Supreme Mattress with Ergo Plus Adjustable Base, Split California King. After 2.5 years of loving our bed one of our remotes stopped working. Contacted Tempur-pedic to discover they charge over $100 for a new remote. If you know anything about electronics, this remote is a very simple device with a very simple design. The past two years I have suggested this product to many friends, however I will no longer recommend this company as they choose to price gouge loyal customers.

I worked with Jessica over the phone to purchase our new mattress. She helped me buy the king version of a style we already owned in Queen. She followed up multiple times and was always friendly and professional. We love our new mattress and highly recommend this store and Jessica!

I was excited for this mattress and was sadly disappointed. I purchased the "Cloud" mattress from Mattress Firm. I was originally interested in buying the Adapt mattress but was steered towards the Cloud due to the decrease in cost. The Cloud was not on the floor so I could not try it, and relied too much on the salesman's promise that it was similar to the Adapt. It is the hardest mattress I have ever tried. My attempts at breaking it in over several months did not help much. I have even asked several people for their option and they have all agreed that it is too hard.

The mattress has sagged on the sides to the point we will need to replace it. We are average size people. The company says we need original receipt to get warranty. Just another way to get away from replacement warranty. Would never recommend this company. I had to replace the front actuator at my cost due to the same issue. Make sure you save your receipt as they never told us that. The model & serial should be the indicator.

Compared to our old T-P mattress this is a great departure and more restful item. We've gone from a medium firm to a firm mattress. In the 20 years of owning T-P products they still deliver a restful night sleep. As a golfer many times I arise early and the beauty for my wife is that she is not disturbed. What can I say, there nothing wrong with the product, if this type of mattress is what someone may be looking for.
