We chose it because of its large size and Energy Star rating. It does a very good job on washing clothes. The control panel is easy to use and allows to select various options simply by tapping on the button. I wish that there was more information on “Downloaded” wash cycles. WiFi connected so notifies when load is completed. We recommend this washer.

Overall, multiple settings are available to select from, and the product can be added to Samsung app on phone, SmartThings (smart home platform) Overall, a great smart experience with this great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a couple months ago and it washes great but now I’m noticing that when it starts to spin it is pushing washer door slightly open and it’s making it open and shut so I get scared thinking washer is moving but when I go in there it’s just the door making noise. My clothes is also starting to smell but not sure if it’s my well water or just soap build up. I’ve used the Clean Washer button twice now though. I like everything else about it.

We compared several of the name brands and didn't find anything that beat the Samsung washer that was a better price. We like the large capacity, 5.0 cf. We like the variety of the cycles. The user interface is easy to use and the cycles are easily modified.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice looking washing machine. Does an excellent job with the laundry and it's quiet. Only downfall is there's no light inside the drum. If it wasn't such a nuisance, I would return and get a different brand that had a light inside the drum

I bought this machine in November of 2024 for the brick. I would not recommend this machine to anyone. We have tried many different cycles, many different detergents and nothing gets our clothes clean. Even the most basic of dirt stains do not come clean. I called to for a satisfaction guarantee or to try to return the units I am that upset with them and they gave no options other than to change detergents again . We bought the matching dryer and have trouble with it as well. Nothing comes out dry, needs multiple cycles and the lint vent is extremely difficult to be cleaned out . Honestly wish I never purchased these machines. Spent a lot of money to not be satisfied.

We love our new set. Realized how convenient to have washer and dryer in house. Its washes throughly, quietly, and love the wireless connection and mobile phone notification process. No more soggy forgotten wash sitting in the washer!! Same with the dryer! Makes laundry day a bit easier.
