[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country Crock is one of our go to brands for spreadable butter. My daughter loves it on toast with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. It's so creamy and easy to spread - we always have a container of Country Crock in our fridge.

I made cookies from an included recipe, but I halved the recipe and made half with Country Crock, and half with butter. The country Crock cookies weren't bad, but they did turn out a little dryer than the butter cookies. For baking, I'll stick to butter. I do like how easy it is to spread Country Crock right out of the refrigerator, though.

As a Kidney patient, the quatntity of Potassium is very important to know in the product along with Sodium, Total carb, and protein. Almost all the products display Sodium, Total carb, and Protein in the Nutritional labels but very few products show the quantity of Potassium.
