I love the convenience of being able to open the refrigerator and being able to open the container and use the butter it comes out so soft and creamy. The product spreads really well. I have used this on a variety of foods like toast, chicken, burgers, casseroles, etc.

It's a great spread that has fewer calories than butter, and I made a great chocolate chip cake with it. It's also great on toast and spreads easily. Now I know why my mom used to buy Country Crock when we younger, it's lovely!

I put together a generic cookie recipe and added some goodies I had at home -- white chocolate chips, caramel bits, and semi sweet chocolate chips. I had my husband try a cookie before I told him what I used and he said they were good -- really good. I am now considering purchasing Country Crock instead of the normal butter spread we've been using!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rec'd a free coupon to try this product and I thought I would like the idea of a "low calorie" butter but personally I don't think this product tastes anything like butter. I don't think you can not have the calories and have the taste of butter, ever. And for that I will cut calories somewhere else to keep real butter in my life!
