Both my husband and I found it interesting to know we weren't alone in our thinking that something is very much wrong with this new recipe. We have been buying Country Crock for years. Now we will have to find another butter spread instead for this new recipe tastes terrible! If it were possible to rate this with zero stars we would do so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country crock is the best butter to cook with! I'm pretty sure I use country crock in almost all my meals. There is no other out there like this! My favorite lately has just been noodles with country crock and garlic salt.

I have used Country Crock for over 30 years. My adult children and their families use it. NOT any more! This "new" is horrid! It makes me sick to my stomach, which is why I don't use "real" butter. Now what? My daughter and I talked on Thanksgiving about what we're going to do. This is quite upsetting and changes everything for us about how we cook and eat.

Through the years CountryCrock has been ever changing and improving. When the health concern came out hydrogenated Oils...I stopped using CC because of that. I was not happy! So one day I picked up a tub of CountryCrock, sad that I could not use it anymore and low and behold, the lid said 'no hydroginated Oils'!!! Now I'm back to buying my favorite butter of all times. CountryCrock is good for spreading and cooking alike. Thank you Shedd's for CountryCrock. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track!

I have been using this cooking for as long as I have been cooking ! Lately it makes my food stick to my non stick cook ware and leaves a plastic like substance on my food ! Scraped some out of the skillet tonight and rolled it into what looked like rubber balls ! Glued my grilled cheese sandwich to my skillet also ! Threw my skillet away thinking it was bad ! Unreal ! So disappointed !

I have used this for as long as I can remember and I have always left it out!! The past 2 tubs ( only 2 tubs of the new) I have gotten have grown mold in them. I will be looking to change brands because this is just gross. Nothing was wrong with the old kind so why change it just to try to save a buck. You lost my money.

I don't know why they had to come up with a new recipe, but if you should at least give us the opportunity to buy the program recipe. My wife and I have eaten country crock for like 30 years and this new recipe is not good and we will not buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So yummy! I'm a bit of a butter snob, being Irish and used to the good stuff, so I was pretty skeptical about a buttery spread like Country Crock. It most definietly exceeded my expectations, though! It had a lovely well-rounded flavor that plain American butter lacked. I was very pleased and shall definitely be purchasing this again.

I give it zero stars. I have used Country Crock for years, I don't like buttery taste, my mother grew up on real butter and she likes "I cant believe it's not butter" so I only had to use that "stuff" that taste like butter at my moms house. Now I can only find the "new" Country Crock and it, now is leaning toward tasting like butter....I hate it. If the sticks truly are not changed then I will be changing to sticks, but if it is changed too, I will be looking for a new spread.

I am very un happy with the new tub design. I have been a customer for a very long time and the last 4 tubs of spreadable butter I have not been able to finish due to mold. The rim of the new design does not seal as well as it did before. I'm not sure if this was a cost cutting fix for your company but not a good move. I'm possibly going to have to switch companies or transfer my bitter to an old tub to keep it fresh.
