I've used this as a spread on toast or biscuits, but never thought to bake with it. I substituted country crock in my recipe and was surprised with the results. I would definitely try to do it again.

Country Crock has changed, and lost me as a customer. I tried today Earth Balance Buttery Spread. And I recommend this to everybody who cannot eat Country Crock Spread anymore.
