It has a nice buttery flavor, spreads evenly. It's creamy. And helped to make the perfect grilled cheeses a couple. I'm really pleasantly surprised with Country Crock. Well done, you have my vote! I was very pleased to find that, after giving it another try, it worked beautifully in baking projects! The cookies we made were cakey and delicious, just right for little fingers. As a baker, it's one of the most important ingredients. I've used Country Crock spread in several recipes and haven't been disappointed. The flavor isn't as good as real butter, and making a crumb topping with it doesn't work very well. I love its spreadability though!
