We use this everyday, to make our pancakes richer, or our mashed potatoes creamier. There is something so nostalgic, country crock original makes everything taste just like your grandmother made it. It's a frequent purchase in our home, we will continue to buy just as we always have! Great job country crock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Country Crock is always our go to for butter. I love that you can get it with added calcium as well. The taste is amazing and the texture is prefer. Not too stiff that it is difficult to use but not soft enough that you can't really control it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up on vegetable spreads (and still use them when I visit my parents), and I do appreciate that this now has no artificial flavors or preservatives, and 0g of trans fats. That makes me feel better about consuming it, and about my kids consuming it. I just prefer the taste and textures of foods with butter. I can honestly tell that this isn't "real butter", because that is what I'm used to eating, so I don't prefer the taste on toast or potatoes. Using it in baking did make the cookies taste slightly different (to me) and have a slightly different texture, but my kids of course didn't mind. I'd recommend a quality butter to a friend over this, but I wouldn't mind recommending this if they were seeking a vegetable spread. I personally tend to avoid soy, and have some concerns about the use of palm oil in general, but otherwise don't have any concerns about the ingredients.

I used the Country Crock Spread in my recipe for Rice Krispie Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches. The spread was easy to work with. It melted quickly in the microwave and the dessert turned out great! The Rice Krispie Bars were sweet and chewy like they are supposed to be. They were fun to make and we really liked the added cookie dough and the mini chocolate chips that were pressed around the edges of the ice cream.The spread is perfect for slathering on toast, grilled cheese, biscuits and rolls, and much more. Let Country Crock make you smile by making your favorite toasted sandwiches taste fantastic!

My family typically uses butter for its taste and baking, however after trying Country Crock's cookie recipes I am convinced this makes a better cookie and a more versatile batter. Its fresh, creamy taste also can't be beat on a dinner roll.
